Suzie Hessman is the proud owner of FitLife Med Spa in Chandler, Arizona — a clinic where science, aesthetics, and empathy come together to help patients look and feel their best. Though not a practitioner herself, Suzie leads a carefully selected team of top medical and aesthetic providers who deliver the latest in trusted, evidence-based treatments.

Her leadership is personal: Suzie has lost 79 pounds on FitLife’s GLP-1 program, has been an HRT patient for over 25 years, and has personally benefited from treatments like vaginal rejuvenation to address bladder leaks. She and her team only offer services they have experienced themselves — creating a uniquely authentic, compassionate approach for every client.

For over 11 years, Suzie has also served as chairperson of Arizona’s Independent Oversight Committee for the Division of Developmental Disabilities, an extension of her deep commitment as a mother to a daughter with special needs. She’s also a loving wife, mom of three grown daughters, and grandma to two — with a third on the way.

In her downtime, you’ll find Suzie beachside at her Puerto Peñasco condo or relaxing in the pines at her Munds Park cabin — always in search of peace, connection, and her next favorite Netflix show.

Elvira Quijas

Nurse Practitioner, Medical Director

Elvira Quijas graduated from the University of Nebraska in 2000 with Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She has worked as a Critical Care and Emergency Room Nurse as well as in the management aspect. She returned to school in 2016 and received her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She enjoys the cosmetic side of medicine and decided to get certified in injecting neurotoxins and fillers. She was trained by BioTe to treat patients with bio-identical hormone pellets. She has also been trained in vaginal rejuvenation, Erectile Dysfunction, BodyTite Liposuction and FaceTite facelifts. Her passion is to help clients with all aspects of health inside and out to feel and look their best.

Kellie Combs

Medical Aesthetician | C.L.T, L.S.O

Kellie is an experienced Medical Aesthetician, Laser Safety Officer and Phlebotomist. She is certified and specializes in Microblading, Inmode Morpheus8 RF Microneedling, Inmode EvolveX Transform body contouring and muscle building, Laser hair removal, IPL/Photofacial, Chemical Peels, and facials. She uses her expertise to customize and combine each treatment to ensure the best results for her patients. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies, relaxing by the pool, cooking and soaking up Arizona’s beautiful weather.

Devin Moreno

RN, BSN | Nurse Injector

Devin is a fourth-generation Chandler, Arizona native and has been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years. She is passionate about being a nurse injector and helping all her clients feel their best. Devin loves learning new aesthetic techniques to provide cutting-edge services and stays at the forefront of the industry.

She specializes in more than just Botox and fillers; her expertise includes PDO threads, hormone optimization, skin rejuvenation through RF microneedling and laser, vaginal rejuvenation, erectile treatments, BodyTite liposuction, and FaceTite facelift. Devin is also experienced in anti-wrinkle treatments, PRP injections including hair restoration, and advanced skin resurfacing procedures. She loves helping patients look and feel their absolute best.

In her time off, Devin enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling.

Leilani Garcia

Medical Aesthetician | Certified Laser Tech

Leilani Garcia is new with FitLife Med Spa. She is a Medical Aesthetician and certified laser tech with a passion for helping people achieve their skin goals. She is certified in all of the latest laser technologies and is committed to providing our patients with the safest and most effective treatments possible.

Leilani understands that everyone’s skin is different, so she takes the time to get to know each patient’s individual needs and concerns. Then develops a personalized treatment plan to help them achieve their desired results.

Leilani is also passionate about educating our patients about their skin and how to best care for it at home. She believes that the key to healthy skin is a combination of professional treatments and a good home care routine.

Leilani is excited to offer our patients the latest and greatest in laser technology and is committed to providing them with the best possible experience.

In her free time she loves nature, outdoor activities, ice skating and volunteering for non-profit organizations.
